An Indian Sikh family in the US is traumatized. A son is killed while the father is grievously injured and the other son is falsely implicated in the murder of his brother. The younger brother from India flies down to the US to set things right. His meeting with the officials draws a blank and he finds support with a few locals and a police officer (Puneet Issar) who has been suspended from duty for refusing to remove his pagdi. This same officer has served the LAPD for 20 years.
From here on the film ambles onto a predictable path till it nears its inevitable conclusion. Even after the conclusion, Puneet still finds it necessary to preach as the mother of the slain Sikh appeals to all to hate war and love peace. Otherwise, she says, 'the whole world will be ground zero'.
Technically, the movie is sound but it's a waste of resources to pump in money on a subject that has already been beaten to pulp.
